Operation
Press the button to open the closed
roller sunblind or to close the open roller
sunblind.
If the button is pressed again during the move‐
ment, the roller sunblind is moved in the oppo‐
site direction.
Hold the button down to operate the roller sun‐
blinds on the rear window and on the side win‐
dows at the same time.
BMW Touch Command
The roller sunblind can also be operated using
BMW Touch Command.
System limits
If you are no longer able to move the roller sun‐
blind after having activated it consecutively a
number of times, the overheating protection
mechanism is active. The system is blocked for a
limited time to prevent overheating. Let the sys‐
tem cool.
The roller sunblind cannot be moved at low inte‐
rior temperatures.
Roller sunblinds, rear side

General information
The safety switch, refer to page 104, in the driv‐
er's door can be used to prevent children, for in‐
stance from operating the roller sunblinds using
the switches in the rear.
