Problem Solution
My speaker does not turn on Make sure that the speaker is plugged in to a
live AC power outlet, and if the outlet is switch-
controlled make sure the switch is on.
My speaker does not appear in the Controller
app
Make sure the speaker is connected to your
Wi-Fi network and within Wi-Fi range. Also make
sure your phone or tablet and your speaker are
connected to the same network.
No sound is heard from the speaker Turn up the volume on your speaker, or turn up
the volume on your AUX-in source device
I’m unable to connect the speaker to my Wi-Fi
network
Make sure the speaker is within range of your Wi-
Fi router or access point. You may need to adjust
the positioning if it’s too far away, or consider
using Ethernet
Only one speaker in a wireless 5.1 system has
audio output
