8. Once the set temperature
of the Probe is reached, the
Duet will stop cooking and
"End" will be displayed.
Notes:
• When the Probe is unplugged
and PROBE is pressed, Prb1
(error) will be displayed and
the Duet will beep three times.
This indicates PROBE was
pressed but that the Probe
plug was not inserted into the
Probe Input (Jack).
• If your cooking temperature is
set lower than the set Probe
Temperature, and START/
PAUSE is pressed, Prb2
(error) will be displayed and
the Duet will beep three times.
• To see the remaining cooking
time, press TIME twice (if
not cooking within a timed
countdown). ON will be
displayed and stay at ON,
indicating that the preset
cooking time has run out.
GRILL
1. Press GRILL. The default
temperature and time is
450F for 10 minutes.
2. Press TEMP/TIME to adjust
the cooking temperature
and time.
3. Once set, press START/
PAUSE. The Duet
will preheat to a set
temperature of 450F.
4. Once it has reached the
preheat temperature, the
Duet will start a 5-minute
countdown. Insert your food,
and press START/PAUSE to
begin cooking.
PREHEAT
When air-frying use the Air
Fryer Lid.
1. Press AIR FRY.
• The lights will show
which functions are
available for use.
• The display will show "air
fry", "temp", and "350F".
If the Lid is removed,
"open" will also show in the
display. Place the Lid on
the Duet and "open" will no
longer be lit.
2. Set your cooking functions
as described in this manual.
3. Press PREHEAT to engage
the preheat function. The
display will show "air fry",
the set cooking temperature,
"pre", and "temp".
• The Duet will ALWAYS
preheat to the cooking
temperature of the NEXT
cooking cycle.
4. Press START/PAUSE to
begin preheating. The Duet
will begin preheating to the
set temperature.
• The display will show
"air fry", the set cooking/
preheat temperature
(ashing), "pre", and
"temp".
• During preheat the
temperature can be
adjusted by turning
START/PAUSE.
