8. To set additional stage
cooking settings, repeat
steps 5-7.
• The number above stage
will change after you
press STAGE and set
temperature and time.
• After Stage 5, when
STAGE is pressed again
the Duet will go back to
Stage 1. The display will
show stage 1 set cooking
temperature, "temp",
"stage", and "1" (above
stage).
9. If you only want 2 stages
of cooking, leave the time
at 00:00 for stages 3-5 and
those stages will be skipped.
10. Press START/PAUSE to
begin cooking. The Duet will
cook with the set functions.
11. While cooking, press STAGE
to see and adjust the
upcoming cooking stages
and cooking functions (sear 1
& 2, preheat, and warm).
12. When the Duet nishes
cooking, the display will
show "End" and the Duet will
beep 3 times.
Notes:
• The display will only indicate the
stage cooking number when 2
or more stages are used.
• The display will not show
stage cooking if only one stage
of cooking is used.
• Stage 1 default: 350F, 00:15
• Stage 2-5 default: 350F, 00:00
• If no time is set for stages 2-5,
those stages will be skipped in
the cooking cycle.
PROBE
The Digital Temperature Probe
is used to accurately show the
internal temperature of your food.
Default – 165F.
1. Insert the sharp end of the
Temperature Probe into your
food. Place your food in the
oven. Leave enough wire
to plug into the front of the
Duet.
2. Insert the Probe into the
Probe Jack.
3. Press ON/OFF. Adjust
to the desired cooking
temperature.
4. Press and hold PROBE for
1 second.
5. Adjust the Probe
temperature to the desired
internal cooked temperature.
Temperature range is
50F~212F.
Note:
The Duet will cook your food
until the Probe temperature
is reached. If time runs out
before the Probe temperature is
reached, the Duet will continue
to cook until the set Probe
temperature is achieved.
6. Press START/PAUSE. The
current Probe temperature
will be displayed.
7. Press TEMP/TIME to display
the set cooking temperature,
default is 350F.
• Press and hold PROBE
for 1 sec. to display the
set temperature of the
Probe. Turn START/
PAUSE to adjust the
temperature, if desired.
• Press PROBE to display
the current internal
temperature of your food.
