You are put in contact with our specialised
assistance platform. An operator will rapidly
assess the situation and if necessary send
help to the spot.

to the GPS function of your NaviDrive.
Any call to this service must be
motivated by an actual situation
of serious emergency.
If there is a deployment of the pyrotechnic
components on your vehicle, the NaviDrive
will automatically transmit an emergency
call to our specialised assistance platform
(given no atmospheric, topographical or
technical restrictions in the country you are
in, as stipulated in the general conditions of
the CITROËN Emergency service).
