5.4.3 Configuring the DHCP Relay Switch
Using the GUI
Follow these steps to configure DHCP relay and enable Optionî™»82 in DHCP Relay on
Switchî™»A:
1) Choose the menu L3 FEATURES > DHCP Service > DHCP Relay > DHCP Relay Config
to load the following page. In the Global Config section, enable DHCP Relay, and click
Apply.

2) In the Optionî™»82 Config section, select port 1/0/1 and port 1/0/2, enable Optionî™»82
Support and set Optionî™»82 Policy as Replace. You can configure other parameters
according to your needs. In this example, the Format is set as Normal, and Circuit ID
Customization and Remote ID Customization as Disabled. Click Apply.
