Troubleshooting
Refer to the table below if the unit does not function properly. If the problem you are experiencing is not listed below, or
if the instruction below does not help, contact the nearest authorized Yamaha dealer or service center.
Problem
No sound.
Cause
PDX-50TX and another Yamaha product are not
connected since they are set to different groups.
The signals are obstructed because there is an
obstacle between the transmitting-side product
and this unit.
There is a device (microwave oven, wireless
LAN, etc.) outputting signals in 2.4 GHz
frequency band nearby.
The iPod or iPhone is not connected to PDX-
50TX firmly.
The firmware of the iPod or iPhone is not
updated.
Remedy
Set both PDX-50TX and another Yamaha
product to the same group.
Remove the obstacle.
Move this unit to another position.
Move PDX-50TX away from the device.
Connect the iPod or iPhone firmly.
Download the latest iTunes software to update
the firmware ol'the iPod or iPhone. For delails,
refer to the owner's manual supplied with your
iPod or iPhone,
