Rating Control Menu
Access to channels and programs is controlled by a password (i.e., a 4-digit secret code
that is defined by the user).The on-screen menu will instruct you to assign a password
(and you can change it later, if necessary).
How to Change Your Password
Press the MENU button,

The master buttons are available
only in the Rating Control n]entl
and cannot be operated during
normal viewing. (If the display
asks you to enter the password
while blocked, the master btlttons
cannot be operated.)
The Rating Control feature doesn't
operate with D VHS recordings.
• The factory default password is
'0000'.
