The User Feedback feature allows you to submit questions related to this product.

To send new user feedback
1. Register the product online. See
Product Registration for detailed information.
2. Tap User Feedback on the MaxiSys Job Menu. The device information is
automatically synchronized with the online account.
3. Enter your telephone number/email address, feedback type, theme, and problem
description. You can also attach a voice recording, photo, photo album, screen
captures, image or PDF files to the form. To help us resolve the issue more
efficiently, we recommend you complete the form with as detailed as possible.
4. Tap Submit to send the completed form to Autel's online service center. The
submitted feedback will be carefully read and handled by our service personnel.
