[SMART FADER] setting
Select the fader to be used for Smart Fader.
• [CROSSFADER and Channel Fader]: Smart Fader turns on when
you move the crossfader or a channel fader.
• [CROSSFADER]: Smart Fader turns on when you move the
crossfader.
• [Channel Fader]: Smart Fader turns on when you move a channel
fader.
When [Use the recommended SMART FADER curve] is set, the
curve changes to the recommendation for Smart Fader.
When [Use the recommended SMART FADER curve] isn’t set, the
curve changes according to the setting of [CROSSFADER Curve] or
[Channel Fader Curve] in [Preferences] > [Controller] > [Mixer].
[Controller] > [Effect] tab:
[SMART CFX] setting
Change the position of the SMART CFX preset window from [Top
Left], [Top Right], [Center], [Bottom Left], and [Bottom Right].
The default setting is [Center].
[Controller] > [DDJ-FLX4] tab:
[Master output] > [Monaural/Stereo Selection] setting
Change whether mono or stereo sound is output from the [MASTER]
output terminal.
• [Monaural]: Outputs in mono.
• [Stereo]: Outputs in stereo.
[Master output] > [Peak Limiter] setting
Prevent sudden and unpleasant digital clipping of audio output from
the [MASTER] output terminal.
•[Enable]: The peak limiter of the master output is enabled.
• [Disable]: The peak limiter of the master output is disabled.
