When finished cooking or during warming,
steam is automatically released.
Lock/Unlock Handle
If the Lock/Unlock Handle is turned to “high
pressure” position, you can cook with high
pressure, and if the handle is turned to “non
pressure
” position, you can cook with non pressure.
Clamp Knob
To open the lid, turn the Clamp Knob from
“high pressure” to “non pressure” and then
press the Clamp Knob.
Control Panel
Pressure Weight
Always keep it horizontal. It stabilizes
steam inside of the oven. If the pressure
weight is twisted, it will release steam.
