1. Twist the lid counterclockwise and lift to
open.
2. Use oven mitts or tongs to safely remove
the hot, sterilized items and allow to cool
on a heat-resistant surface.
3. Allow the inner pot to cool before
removing the steam rack and any
remaining water from the inner pot.
Reset Customized Cooking
Functions
The pressure cooker will remember cook
time, temperature, and pressure level of
adjusted cooking function settings until you
reset the settings.
To reset a single cooking function:
1. When in standby, press and hold the
desired cooking function you want to
reset.
2. The display will show and the
cooking function’s settings will return to
the default setting.
To reset all cooking functions:
1. When in standby, press and hold
CANCEL until the pressure cooker
beeps.
2. All cooking function settings will reset
and return to their default settings.
