PERIODIC MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE
The maintenance intervals shown in the following schedule are based upon average riding conditions, Karts
subjected to severe use, ridden in wet or unusually dusty areas require more frequent servicing. See Engine
Owner's Manual for additional requirements,
Check Each Ride
1. Engine Oil Level
2. Test Brakes
3. Lubricate Clutch Bearing (if equipped)
4. Inspect brake and throttle systems
5. Check engine stop switch function
6. Check all fasteners
7. Check tire pressure
8, Inspect all WARNING decals
Weekly Checks (every 3-5 hours)
Perform all Daily Checks
9. Lubricate chassis
10. Inspect muffler installation
11. Inspect!Lubricate chain
Monthly Checks (every 20-25 hours)
Perform all Weekly Checks
12. Clean air cleaner element*
13. Change engine oil
14. Clean spark arrestor (if installed)
16. Inspect Muffler Installation
i7. Clean torque converter*
Annual Checks (every 100 hours)
Performall Monthly Checks
18. Clean and gap spark plug
*When used in very dusty or wet conditions, more frequent service is required.
