Although your new oven is properly adjusted to
provide accurate temperatures, it may cook faster or
slower than your old oven.
If, after using the oven for a period of time, you
are not satisfied with the baking/roasting results,
you can change the offset temperature by following
the steps below. The control will "remember" the
selected offset even after the power has been inter-
rupted or lost.
NOTE: DO NOT measure the oven temperature
with a thermometer. Opening the oven door will
lower the oven temperature and give you an
incorrect reading. Also, the thermometer
temperature will change as your oven cycles.
1. Press and hold BAKE for 5 seconds. PRESS
The display will show the current offset BAKE
temperature, for example, "0" if you have not
already adjusted the temperature.

2. Set the new offset temperature. PRESS YOU SEE
Press A to raise the temperature or v to lower ,.% v
the temperature in 10°F/5°C amounts. You can
set the temperature change as low as -30°F/15°C
or as high as +30°F/15°C. A minus (-) sign will TEIVlP
appear before the number when decreasing the
temperature setting. The minus sign indicates (example when making
that the oven will be cooler by the displayed oven IO°F [6°C] cooler)
amount. There is no sign in front of the number
when increasing the temperature setting.
3. Enter the adjustment. PRESS YOU SEE
START (time of day)
NOTE: You must press the START button or your
changes will not be made.
To display temperatures in °C instead of °F...
Press and hold the BROIL button for 5 seconds.
You will hear a short tone and the temperature
display will switch to °C. To switch back to °F,
repeat the instructions above. Whenever you
switch, "°C" or "°F" will be displayed for 5 seconds.
