if the sides of the buttonhole are not balanced, do the
following:
If the buttonhole looks like ®, move the lever with the
screw driver to the right (+) to make the right side of
the buttonhole less dense (see illustration).

screw driver to the left (-) to make the right side of the
buttonhole denser,
