Removing the Steam Cooker
from the Oven:
1. Slowly open the oven door.
Hot steam escapes when you open
the door.
2. Remove the steam cooker from the
oven
Use suitable oven gloves.
3. Put down the steam cooker.
Do not place it on the oven door.
4. Remove the glass lid.
Lift at the back so that the hot
steam can escape in that direction.
Do not lift at the front.
There is the risk that the hot steam may
scald you.
After steam cooking:
❑ Allow the oven to cool down.
❑ Wipe down the oven with clear water.
❑ Rub down the oven with a soft cloth
until dry (also underneath the oven
seals).
