Instructions:
The casserole dish, the large steam
insert and the glass lid are always the
basis for steam cooking.
You may also use the frame with the
cooking containers to prepare large
quantities or rice and sauces.
Only use the enclosed original parts.
Hinweise:
You can also use the casserole dish
separately, for example to prepare large
quantities of casserole.
The enclosed brochure contains further
information on steam cooking.
Cooking
Operation:
1. Preheat the oven for 10 minutes.
Setting:
w 150° C.
Other settings are not permitted.
2. Fill the casserole dish with water.
See cooking table or enclosed
brochure for quantities.
–Only use normal tap water, not
distilled water.
3. Put the food in the steam cooker.
4. Put the lid on so that it sits snugly on
the casserole dish.
5. Insert the steam cooker in rack 1.
Instructions:
Do not open the oven door during
cooking.
Exception: a combination of different
Exception: foods with considerable
Exception: differences in cooking times.
The length of cooking time is dependent
on the size of the food.
The following applies for the
simultaneous cooking of foods with
different cooking times:
Cut the food with the longer cooking
time into smaller pieces
–Or extend the cooking time of
sensitive foods by leaving it in larger
pieces.
In general. 500 ml water.
Exception:
Expanding foods (e.g. potatoes) and
ingredients with longer cooking times
require 750 ml water.
