Check the measured heart rate on the screen.
To view additional information which is related to the heart rate, use the bezel or swipe
upwards or downwards on the screen.
Changing the heart rate measurement settings

: Your heart rate will be measured continuously.

Every 10 mins while still
: Your heart rate will be measured every 10 minutes while
resting.

: Your heart rate will be measured manually only when tapping

Setting the heart rate alert
You can receive an alert when your heart rate is higher or lower than the resting heart rate
value you set and it lasts more than 10 minutes.

High HR
: Set to receive an alert when your heart rate is consistently higher than the
