Check these helpful ps for any problems with your oven. If addional help or service is needed, please call BlueStar® Customer
Service at (800) 449-8691. You will need to have the model and serial numbers for your appliance ready before you contact them.
See Model Informaon at the beginning of this manual for informaon on nding these numbers.

Touch control screen is not lit
No electrical power to the appliance Check and reset the breaker/fuse
Convecon fan does not turn
No electrical power to the appliance
Fan guard is obstructed or clogged
Check and reset the circuit breaker for the appliance
When the oven is cool, remove any obstrucons such
as baked-on food or aluminum foil
Oven is on, but producing no heat
Breaker may not be working properly The oven over the temperature safety switch may have
been acvated
If this connues, turn the appliance o at the breaker
Oven light is not on
No electrical power to the appliance
Oven light bulb is burned out
Check and reset the circuit breaker for the wall outlet
used for the appliance
The oven light lens is cracked or
missing.
Light lenses must always be in place when
the oven is in use to protect the light bulbs
from breaking.

Convecon fan is making noise
Aluminum foil or other material stuck in
fan
Mounng screws on the fan cover are
loose
Fan cover is bent
Make sure the oven is cool the and fan is o, then
remove debris
Tighten screws
Call for a replacement fan cover

Oven has not cooled to 200° F (93° C) or
