There is an electrical motor sound
when I hit the brakes. Is this normal?
Yes, that sound is the electric brake
booster operating. This sound is
normal when operating your vehicle's
brakes.
Note: Brake dust could accumulate on the
wheels, even under normal driving
conditions. Some dust is inevitable as the
brakes wear and does not contribute to
brake noise. See Cleaning Wheels (page
487).
