Proving
1. Place the dough that needs to be proved
on the second level.
2. Press and turn the function knob to select
the proving function .

3. Press the function knob to confirm the
function selection.
4. Turn the knob to set the proving duration
(from 00:00 to 13:00).
5. Press the function knob to start proving.
6. Once done cooking, will
be displayed and a buzzer will sound.
7. To deactivate the buzzer, press or turn
one of the two knobs or open the door.
8. Press the function knob for at least 3
seconds to exit the function.
It is not possible to modify the
temperature for the proving
function.
For good proving, place a
container of water at the bottom of
the oven.
