CARD ERROR
•
The memory card is not formatted for use in the camera: For-
mat the card.
•
The memory card contacts require cleaning or the memory card
is damaged: Clean the contacts with a soft, dry cloth. If the
message is repeated, format the card. If the message per-
sists, replace the card.
•
Incompatible memory card: Use a compatible card.
•
Camera malfunction: Contact a Fujifi lm dealer.
PROTECTED CARD
The memory card is locked. Unlock the card.
BUSY
The memory card is incorrectly formatted. Use the camera
to format the card.
b MEMORY FULL
The memory card or internal memory is full and pictures
cannot be recorded or copied. Delete pictures or insert a
memory card with more free space.

TOO MANY FRAMES
A search has returned more than 5,000 results, or more than
999 frames were selected for deletion. Perform a diff erent
search or select fewer pictures.
FRAME NO. FULL
The camera has run out of frame numbers (current frame
number is 999-9999). Format the memory card and select
RENEW for FRAME NO.. Take a picture to reset frame
numbering to 100-0001, then select CONTINUOUS for
FRAME NO..
