OVEN CONTROLS
1. upper/lower oven — Use to select oven before setting
cooking feature.
2. probe — Use to monitor internal temperature of food for
required doneness.
3. quick preheat — Use to quickly raise the oven to
preheat temperature.
4. convect convert — Use to convert regular recipe
temperature to convection recipe temperature.
5. self clean — Use to select self-clean function.
6. delay start — Use to program a delayed time bake or
delayed self-cleaning cycle start time.
7. bake time — Use to enter the length of baking time.
8. set clock — Use set clock key with the numeric keypad
to set the time of day.
9. timer on- off — Use to set or cancel the timer. Timer
does not start or stop the cooking process.
10. oven light — Use to turn the oven light on and off.
11. oven lockout — Use to lock the oven door and the
control panel.
12. bake — Use to select the bake cooking feature.
13. broil — Use to select broil cooking feature.
14. convect — Use to select between convection bake,
convection roast, and convection broil (some models).
15. warm — Use to keep food and dishes warm until
served.
16. pizza — Use for baking fresh or frozen pizza.
17. start — Use for starting all cooking features.
18. off — Use to turn off any oven function entered except
time of day and minute timer.
19. numeric keypad — Use to set times and temperatures.
Time and Temperature Settings
All of the features listed below may be entered into the
control. An entry acceptance beep will sound each time a
control key is touched (the acceptance beep on the oven
lockout key is delayed 3 seconds).
An entry error tone (3 short beeps) will sound if the entry of
the temperature or time is below the minimum or above the
maximum settings for the feature
