Embroidering a pattern received in the
embroidering settings screen
If [Send to] is set to [Embroidering Settings Screen], the
embroidery pattern sent to the machine will appear in the
embroidering settings screen.

After the embroidery pattern has been sent to the
machine, the embroidering settings screen appears.
The opened embroidery pattern appears in the
pattern display area with the icon for the Link
function.

After the desired settings have been specified, touch
to continue to the embroidering screen.

Touch , and then press the “Start/Stop”
button to start embroidering.
When embroidering is finished, the following
message appears.

To open another pattern sent from the computer,
touch , and then repeat the procedure starting
from step
a to continue embroidering.
To stop embroidering or to embroider the same pattern
again, touch .
Disabling the Link function

Touch , then .
The general settings screen appears.

Locate [Link] in the Settings pages.

Touch [OFF] to disable the Link function.
When the message to finish the Link mode appears,
touch .

Turn off the machine.
Memo
The embroidering screen settings specified in step
c are saved even if was touched to
continue embroidering after embroidering is
finished.
If the machine is turned off while it is embroidering,
the resume operation can be used the next time it
is turned on.

Memo
While the machine is connected to the computer,
the machine’s status can be displayed by using a
function of the embroidery editing software. If
multiple machines are connected at the same time,
check the status of the machines using the 10-digit
machine ID or machine’s name that appears in the
machine’s screen. The following information can be
viewed from the computer.
- Machine’s status
- Information on the embroidery data being
embroidered and received by the machine (time
until the next time that the machine stops,
number of color changes, embroidering time,
maximum embroidery speed, pattern size, size of
frame being used on the machine)

Note
When you turn off the machine, wait for about 5
seconds before turning on the machine again.
