• Do not use outdoors or on wet surfaces.
• Brush May Start Unexpectedly, Disconnect Battery Pack Before Cleaning or Servicing.
• Do not allow to be used as a toy. Close attention is necessary when used by or near children.
• Use only as described in this manual. Use only manufacturer's recommended attachments.
• If appliance is not working as it should, has been dropped, damaged, left outdoors, or dropped into water, return it to a
service center.
• Do not run appliance over cord.
• Do not handle plug or appliance with wet hands.
• Do not put any object into openings. Do not use with any opening blocked; keep free of dust, lint, hair, and anything
that may reduce air flow.
• Keep hair, loose clothing, fingers, and all parts of body away from openings and moving parts.
• Use extra care when cleaning on stairs.
• Do not use to pick up flammable or combustible liquids, such as gasoline, or use in areas where they may be present.
• Do not pick up anything that is burning or smoking, such as cigarettes, matches, or hot ashes.
• Do not use without dust bag and/or filters in place.
• Prevent unintentional starting. Ensure the switch is in the o-position before connecting to battery pack, picking up or
carrying the appliance. Carrying the appliance with your finger on the switch or energizing appliance that have the
switch on invites accidents.
• Disconnect the battery pack from the appliance before making any adjustments, changing accessories, or storing
appliance. Such preventive safety measures reduce the risk of starting the appliance accidentally.
• Recharge only with the charger specified by the manufacturer. A charger that is suitable for one type of battery pack
may create a risk of fire when used with another battery pack.

• Use appliances only with specifically designated battery packs. Use of any other battery packs may create a risk of
injury and fire.
• When battery pack is not in use, keep it away from other metal objects, like paper clips, coins, keys, nails, screws or
other small metal objects, that can make a connection from one terminal to another. Shorting the battery terminals
together may cause burns or a fire.
• Under abusive conditions, liquid may be ejected from the battery; avoid contact.
If contact accidentally occurs, flush with water. If liquid contacts eyes, additionally seek medical help. Liquid ejected
from the battery may cause irritation or burns.
• Do not use a battery pack or appliance that is damaged or modified. Damaged or modified batteries may exhibit
unpredictable behavior resulting in fire, explosion or risk of injury.
• Do not expose a battery pack or appliance to fire or excessive temperature. Exposure to fire or temperature above
130°C may cause explosion.
• Follow all charging instructions and do not charge the battery pack or appliance outside of the temperature range
specified in the instructions. Charging improperly or at temperatures outside of the specified range may damage the
battery and increase the risk of fire.
• Have servicing performed by a qualified repair person using only identical replacement parts. This will ensure that the
safety of the product is maintained.
• Do not modify or attempt to repair the appliance or the battery pack (as applicable) except as indicated in the instruc-
tions for use and care.

• This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). This plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one
way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician to
install the proper outlet. Do not change the plug in any way.

Tips
• Longer charging time may be needed in the following circumstances.
- When charging in a place where the indoor temperature exceeds 30°C;
- When charging immediately after stopping running.
• Please charge the vacuum cleaner after using no matter how long it is used.
• When not charging, it is recommended to unplug the power plug in time.
• If the vacuum cleaner is not in use for a long time (more than 2 months), please unplug the power plug, but in order to
ensure the battery life, please fully charge it every 2 months.
• During charging, the machine may heat up, which is a normal phenomenon. Please rest assured to use it.

PRODUCT INSTALLATION
Hand Vacuum Assembly
Slide the battery into the hand vacuum until it clicks into
place.

Align the hand vacuum nozzle opening with the top of
the wand and slide it on until it clicks into place.

Slide the wand into the floor nozzle until it clicks into
place.

Station Assembly
ATTENTION
before assembling the station assembly,
release the power cord to the length
you need, up to 1.3 meters long.
Insert the bottom of the dust collector assembly into
the connector of the station assembly until you hear a
"click".

Place the station on the ground near the wall
socket and insert the plug into the socket.

Align the dust cup of the vacuum cleaner with the
suction inlet of the dust collector assembly until a
"click" sound is heard.

Indicator for Battery Level
Indicator For Battery Level And Modes
ATTENTION
• Fully charge the battery before first use.
• Do not charge below 5°C or above 40°C .
• The battery indicator light on the hand
vacuum will blink when the battery is low
during operation.
• Please replace the battery when the
appliance's battery life significantly
decreases and charging time increases.
Sucient battery: the 2 lights are constantly ON;
Medium battery level: one light is constantly ON; Low
battery: One light blinking.
Indicator for Modes
Low mode: The speed indicator light is o.
Medium mode: The speed indicator light is ON with
white light.
High mode: The speed indicator light is ON with blue
light.

How To Charge Battery
Place the vacuum cleaner on the base station and it will
automatically start charging. Please ensure the machine is
placed on the right place. When charging is complete, remove it
for use.
Indicator for Charging Status
The lower battery indicator light is blinking, indicating an
incomplete charge.
The two battery indicator lights remain on for 10 minutes and
then turn o,indicating that the battery is fully charged.
Charging time: It takes approximately 4 - 6 hours to fully
charge.

How to Remove and Reconnect the Hand
Vacuum from Wand
Please press the release button to detach the handheld vacuum
cleaner from the wand. To reconnect, slide the hand vacuum
onto the top of the wand until it clicks into place.
How to Remove and Reinstall the Battery
Press the release button on the battery cover and pull out the
battery.
To reinstall the battery, slide it into the compartment until a
"click" sound is heard.
Control Mode
Press the power button on the handle to turn on, and press
again to turn o. Use the speed mode button to switch
between low, medium, and high speed modes.

How to Use the Wand to Clean High Places
To clean in high up places you can use tools with the wand.
Press the release button to remove the motorized floor nozzle.
Slide tool onto the end of the wand until you hear a click.
How to Use Hand Vacuum and Accessories
The hand vacuum can be used with or without accessories.
To use without tools, press releasebutton and remove wand.
Collect debris directly with hand vacuum nozzle.
To use tools with hand vacuum only, press release button to
remove wand. Slide tool onto hand vacuum until it clicks.

ATTENTION
• All accessories are applicable to handheld
vacuum cleaners and wand components.
• To prevent air duct clogging, remove
large pieces of trash (such as paper and
packaging film) from the area first.
• It is strictly prohibited to modify the entire
machine, accessories, or replace the
power cord or battery.

Place vacuum cleaner back on the station after cleaning.

Press the dust collection button on the station, and it
will suck the dust inside the dust cup into the station's
dust bag. The dust collection action will stop
automatically after 20 seconds. If you want to stop the
operation, press the button again.

ATTENTION
• Do not use the station without the dust
bag, filter assembly and air outlet cover
installed.
• When cleaning the station, turn o both
the vacuum cleaner and station, unplug
from the socket, and disconnect power
supply.
• The charging mode and dust collection
function cannot be used simultaneously.
How to Remove and Install Accessories
Grab the accessory with one hand, push the button on the
accessory and then pull it down from the storage rack.
Align the accessories with the storage opening and insert them
upward to install the accessories.

collecting dust and charging.

ATTENTION
• Please replace the dust bag when the dust
full indicator turns red.
• After replacing the dust bag, if the dust full
indicator remains red, please check for
clogging in the station elbow tube and
filter. If clogging is found, clean the inside of
the station elbow.
• The filters should be cleaned every three
months and must be completely dried
before installation and use.

How to Disassemble the station
Insert a screwdriver into the runway-shaped hole and press
down on the removal latch of the station while pulling up on
the metal tube of the dust collector assembly.

How to Maintain Your Vacuum
How to Maintain Dust Cup Filter
Step 1. Empty the Dust Cup
The dust in the dust cup is automatically cleaned out by
the station following the instructions provided.

Step 2. Remove and Clean the Filter
Remove the dust cup from the vacuum, take out the
internal parts of the dust cup.

ATTENTION
Push the dust cup lock up until it clicks, the dust cup
bottom will open and then dump the dust.

Lay the hand vacuum flat, press the dust cup release
button to remove the dust cup assembly. Then detach
and turn over the dust cup filter assembly to dump the
dust.

• The parts in the dust cup can be washed
with water.
• The parts should be thoroughly dried and
inspected before reinstalling.
To maintain the vacuum cleaner's suction power, please clean
the dust regularly. There are three ways to do so.

Pull the filter handle and take out the filter.

After the machine is laid flat as shown in the figure, Hold
the machine with one hand, rotate the post-motor cover
with the other hand, and take o the cover.

• When the suction power of the hand
vacuum decreases, wash and thoroughly
dry the filter.
• The dust cup capacity should not exceed the Max line
to maintain optimal dust collection.
• Ensure dust collection is complete before using the
hand vacuum.
• Reposition the hand vacuum on the station before
activating the dust collection mode.

as glass to prevent injury.
• All parts must be completely dried before
they can be reinstalled and used.
• Do not rub or exert brute force on the
HEPA filter.
• When assembling, please make sure that
the HEPA filter is mounted in place.
• Do not continue to use the HEPA filter
when it is damaged or insuciently
cleaned and maintained.

Remove the HEPA filter.
The HEPA filter can be washed gently with water, but
not rubbed by brute force. After being fully dried,
assemble it back according to the above disassembly
steps.

Hold the handle on the upper part of the filter cotton
bracket and take out the filter assembly.

Pull up and remove the dust bag.

Align the clamping plate of dust bag with the limiting slot
of the base station, and push it down to install the dust
bag in place.

TROUBLE SHOOTING
Detach the dust collector assembly and use hand vacuum
to suck out the blockage from the station.
Use high speed mode to eciently gather dust inside
the wand.

Install the whole vacuum back as shown in the picture,
press the duct collection button and observe whether
the Dust Full Indicator is o.

If there is a blockage in the inlet of the station, take steps as

If the Dust Full Indicator still red:

- Remove the dust bag assembly and use tools to
clean the blockage inside the bent pipe.
- Use the hand vacuum with crevice tool to clean the
dust inside the station and prevent dust from being
sucked into the motor.
- After cleaning the station, install the dust bag, start
the dust collection mode, and observe whether the
Dust Full Indicator is o.

from defects in material and workmanship for a term of two years for the vacuum/one year for the Battery Module from the date of
delivery when used in accordance with the Eureka operating and maintenance instructions and under normal household usage. This
warranty is granted only to the original purchaser and members of immediate household, and is applicable only to original purchases
from Eureka authorized resellers. The date of delivery establishes the warranty period, should service be required.
Eureka will, at its option, repair or replace a defective vacuum/Battery Module or vacuum part that is covered by this warranty. Repairs
may be performed using new or refurbished parts that meet or exceed Eureka specifications for new parts. lf Eureka elects to replace it,
the replacement may be a reconditioned unit. Depending on availability of products, Eureka reserves the right to provide you with a
replacement product that is the same or similar, or substitute equivalent of the original product. As a matter of warranty policy, Eureka
will not refund the consumer's purchase price.
What Eureka will do:
To obtain warranty service you must contact the Eureka Service Team, toll free, at 1-800-282-2886 or email
[email protected], to discuss the warranty claim and procedures to be followed. All warranty claims must include
submission of proof- of-purchase documentation. For additional information, you may also visit www.eureka.com.
Obtaining warranty service:
• Normal wear and tear of the vacuum and vacuum parts that require replacement under normal use such as disposable dust bags,
filters, drivebelts, light bulbs, brush-roll, bristles, impellers and cleaning.
• Damages or malfunctions resulting from: improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, abuse, negligence, failure to follow
instructions contained in any written materials that accompany the product, deterioration by reason of excess moisture, corrosive
atmosphere, lightning, power surges, connections to improper voltage supply, unauthorized alteration, or other external causes such
as extremes in temperature or humidity, modifications, scratches or discoloration, accidents, misuse, or acts of God. This warranty
also does not cover damage resulting from repair or attempted repair by anyone other than Eureka or an authorized Eureka
Warranty Station. This warranty is not applicable to any product that has been altered or on which the serial number has been
defaced, modified or removed. Altering, erasing, or forging any proof-of-purchase documents voids any applicable product warranty.
This warranty does not cover:

You will be responsible for any initial shipping and insurance charges if the defective product(s) must be shipped for warranty service or
warranty evaluation; however, Eureka or a Eureka Authorized Warranty Station will pay the return shipping charges if repairs are
covered by the warranty. When returning parts for repair, you must include the model, type and serial number located on the rating
plate. If any product submitted for warranty service is found to be ineligible, an estimate of repair cost will be furnished and the repair
performed only if requested by the owner and upon receipt of payment or acceptable arrangements for payment.
What Eureka will do:
Any warranty that may be implied in connection with your purchase or use of the vacuum, including any warranty of Merchantability or
any warranty of Fitness For A Particular Purpose is limited to the duration of this limited warranty. Some states do not allow limitations
on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you. Your relief for the breach of this warranty is
limited to the relief expressly provided above. In no event shall the manufacturer be liable for any consequential or incidental damages
you may incur in connection with your purchase or use of the vacuum. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental
or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You
may also have other rights, which may vary by state.

Before you discard this vacuum, dispose of battery in an environmentally safe manner. Do not discard battery with your
regular household trash.
To preserve natural resources, please recycle or dispose of expired battery pack properly. This product contains a
lithium-ion battery. It must be disposed of properly. Local laws may prohibit disposal of lithium-ion batteries in ordinary
trash. Consult your local waste authority for information regarding available recycling and/or disposal options.
