Registering Presets or Quick Send Buttons
You can register up to 12 frequently used scanning settings as Presets. Settings registered to preset
numbers 1 through 3 are assigned to the Quick Send buttons on the product.
Note: For more information on administration settings, see the Administrator's Guide.
1. Access the Web Config Utility
2. Login as an administrator to change the scanner settings.
Note: If Administrator Logout is displayed at the top-right of the screen, you are already logged in
as an administrator.
3. Select Presets on the Scan tab.
4. Select the Presets number you want to configure, and click Edit.
5. Select Type, and click Next.
6. Enter the name you want to display, and then click Select from Contacts or Enter Destination to
set the destination information. You can enter the email address manually to add to the destination.
7. Select the scan settings, as necessary.
8. Click OK to apply the settings.
