1. SAFETY
1.1. IMPORTANT Read the instructions carefully. Be familiar with the controls and the correct use of the machine.

9 Maintain the product in good condition (use an authorised service agent).
9 Replace or repair damaged parts. Use genuine parts only. Non authorised parts will invalidate the warranty.
9 Ensure safety eye protection and protective clothing are worn when using this product.
9 Keep the work area clean, uncluttered and ensure there is adequate lighting.
9 Maintain correct balance and footing. Ensure the oor is not slippery and wear non slip shoes.
9 Keep children and unauthorised persons away from the working area.
9 Dispose of waste liquids in accordance with local authority regulations.
8 DO NOT use to extract corrosive uids.
8 DO NOT dismantle, tamper with or adapt the pump for any purpose other than for which it is designed.
8 DO NOT use the unit if it has been dropped or mishandled, check the unit to ensure there is no damage.
9 Keep the pump clean and store in a safe, dry, childproof location.
WARNING! DO NOT allow uncontrolled discharge of uids thus polluting the environment.
WARNING! Always pay attention to the pressure control since it’s a pressurised unit.
2. INTRODUCTION
Pneumatic operated oil dispensing unit with 10L capacity. Large visual measurement container will identify the amount dispensed.
Supplied with a range of eight transmission uid adaptors. Features a safety valve to stop over-pressurising. Supplied with a storage
case for the adaptor to minimise oil leakage when not in use.

5. OPERATION
5.1. FILLING NEW FLUID
5.1.1. Open lling cap and ll with oil to level. DO NOT overll maximum capacity is 10L. To ll oil
into the tank by vacuum. Ensure the vacuum function switch is in the vacuum position, g.1.
Insert dispensing hose into oil container. Select an appropriate adaptor for the vehicle and
connect to dispensing hose. Connect compressed air to the air inlet on handle and press
trigger to create the vacuum required to insert new oil into the tank. Connect air supply.
5.2. FILLING TRANSMISSION FLUID
5.2.1. Select appropriate adaptor tting from the adaptor box required for the specic vehicle.
Connect the adaptor to the dispensing hose. Unscrew tting from end of dispensing valve
assembly, g.2. Insert required adaptor and slide dispensing valve nut (and seal) over the
adaptor and tighten. Turn valve on handle to the ON position to dispense the oil into the
transmission. Turn valve on handle to the OFF position to stop the oil owing.
6. MAINTENANCE
6.1. Wipe down after use. DO NOT use solvents.

ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION
Recycle unwanted materials instead of disposing of them as waste. All tools, accessories and packaging should be
sorted, taken to a recycling centre and disposed of in a manner which is compatible with the environment. When
the product becomes completely unserviceable and requires disposal, drain any uids (if applicable) into approved
containers and dispose of the product and uids according to local regulations.
