TROUBLE SHOOTING
The following form lists the common operating system with problem and solutions. Please read the
form carefully and follow it.

Machine does not
start
Rechargeable battery
not inserted
Insert rechargeable battery

the battery” in page 15).
Cover (1) is open
Close cover (1).
Defective motor
Sent the device in to the Service Centre for
repair (Consult customer service).
Grass too long
Pre-mow the long area if necessary .
Set higher cutting height.
Battery abnormal
Remove the battery and check the voltage.
The normal voltage is 20V. If the detected
voltage is not this value, please contact us
for a replacement battery.
Motor switches off
Blockage by foreign
body
Remove foreign body.
Battery high temp
The battery temperature is too high. Wait
until the temperature decreases.
Lawn mower
moves but does not
cut
Blades blunt or
defective
Replace blades (see “turning/replacing
blades” in page 30).
Cutting motor defective
Contact manufacture (Consult customer
service).
Output not
satisfactory or
motor is difficult to
operate
Cutting height too low
Set higher cutting height.
Blades (20) is blunt
Sharpen or replace the blade.
Blade area blocked
Clean device.
Blades (20) incorrectly
mounted
Install blades correctly.
The slope is too high
Please make sure that the robot works in the
slope area where the slope does not exceed
47% (25°).
Abnormal sounds,
clattering or
vibrations
Blade bolts (34) loose
Tighten blade bolts.

Replace blades.
