minutes. Rinse or scour as needed. Grid and
pan may be washed In a dishwasher.
Bowls can permanently discolor If exposed
to excesslve heat or If soil is allowed to bake
on. After each use, wash, rinse and dry to
prevent difficult soils, tf heavily soiled,
place an ammonia-soaked paper towel on
stains to loosen soil, then gently scrub with
plastic scouring pad.
These stains are caused by overheating, normally occur over a period of time, and
usually are permanent. To minimize:
1. Avoid excessive use of the high heat setting. Use it to start cooking, then lower
the heat setting to finish cooking.
2. Use flat bottom pans that do not extend more than two Inches from the surface
element. If large pans or canners are used, alternate the elements that are used.

may be removed by using Espree Magwheel
Cleaner@ or Turtle Wax Polishing Com-
pound®. To remove finger prints on brushed
chrome, apply a little baby oil with apaper
towel. Rub In the direction of the brush
marks. Armor All Protectant® can also be
used (after cleaning). Be sureto clean spills
of acidic foods qulcklyo Vinegar spills can
permanently stain chrome.
Remove stubborn soil with paste of baking
soda and water. Do not use abrasive clean-
ers. Rinse thoroughly.
Rinse well _ter cleaning. Cleaning Inside
the oven need only be done as an optional
touch.-up between self-clean cycles. See
the self-clea ning oven section of this manual
for more information.
