When baking several Items, stagger pans so that no
pan ts directly above another,
Pans too close to each other, to oven walls or to the
oven bottom block the frsemovement ofairo Improper
air movement causes uneven browning and cooking.
Fan: You will hear a fan. This is normal. The fan may
continue to work even after the oven has been
turned off.
