Drying
Only use the Dryingspecial application
or the Combi Fan plusoperating
mode to dry food so that moisture can
be dissipated.
Bananas, pineapple and chanterelles
are not suitable for drying.
Cut the food for drying into equally
sized pieces.
Line the rack with baking parchment
and distribute the food for drying
evenly in a single layer if possible.
Allow the fruit or vegetables to cool
down after drying.
Store dried food in sealed glass jars
or tins.
To prevent mould from forming and
the food from decomposing, make
sure that no moisture gets into the
storage container.
