Optional Out MCU and Optional Out FPGA.

Turn on or turn off DHCP. User can edit IP and default gateway and check
subnet mask.

Step 1: Press the T-BAR to the top.

Step 3: Press the T-BAR to the bottom.

Enable or disable the LED test function and adjust the key value.
