Whencool,washwith soapywater,rinse
anddry.
Neverwipeoffa warmor hotsurfacewith
a damp cloth. This maycause cracking
or chipping.
>- Never use oven cleaners, abrasive or
causticcleaningagentson exteriorfinish
of range.
DRIP PANS

ed.Thisis normalandwill not affectcooking
performance.
When cool, wash after each use, rinse
and dry to preventstainingor discolora-
tion.May be washedin the dishwasher.
>- To clean heavy soil, soak in hot sudsy
water,then use a mild abrasivecleaner
suchas Soft Scrub*and a plasticscour-
ing pad.
>- For burnedon soil, removefrom range,
placeonnewspapersandcarefullyspray
with commercialoven cleaner.(Do not
spray surroundingsurfaces.) Place in
plastic bag and allow to soak several
hours. Wearing rubber gloves, remove
frombag,wash, rinseanddry.

When cool, wash withwarm soapywa-
ter,rinseand dry. Neverwipe a warm or
hotsurfacewithadampclothas thismay
damage the surface and may cause a
steamburn.
For stubborn soil, use mildly abrasive
cleaning agents such as baking soda
pasteor BonAmi*. Do not use abrasive
cleanerssuchas steelwool padsoroven
cleaners.Theseproductswill scratchor
permanentlydamagethe surface.
NOTE: Usedry towelor clothto wipeup
spills, especiallyacidic or sugaryspills.
Surfacemay discoloror dull if soil is not
immediatelyremoved. Thisis especially
importantfor whitesurfaces.

Avoidusing excessiveamountsof water
which may seep under or behind glass
causingstaining.
Wash with soap and water. Rinse with
clear waterand dry. Glasscleanercan

OVEN RACKS

Remove stubborn soil with cleansing
powder or soap-filled scouring pad.
Rinseand dry.
Rackswill permanentlydiscolorandmay
not slide out smoothlyif left in the oven
during a self-clean operation. If this
occurs,wipetherackandembossedrack
supportswitha small amountof vegeta-
bleoil to restoreeaseof movement,then
wipe offexcessoil.

Moderate/HeavySoil -- Wipe with one
of the following-BonAmi,SmartCleans-
er, or SoftScrub*- usinga dampsponge
or soft cloth. Rinse and dry. Stubborn
soils may be removed with a damp
Scotch-Brite*pad; rub evenly with the
grain. Rinse and Dry. To restore luster
and removestreaks,followwith Stainless
Steel MagicSpray*.
