may be used to catch a spillover by placing it
on a lower rock several inches below the fbod.
Pan Placement
For ex_n cooking and proper bro_Mng, there
must be enough room for air circulation in
the oxen. Baking results will be better if
baking pans are centered as much as possible
rather than being placed to the front or to
the back of the o_pn.
Pans should not touch each other or the _alls
of the o_n. Allow 1" to 1_" space bet_xven
pans as _x_llas bemven pans and oxen _x_dls.

Oven Airflow
An internal cooling tim opecates during all
oven modes. The warm air flom inside the
oven will be exhausted out through vents
located at the bottom of the oven doo_:

by blocking the vents at the bottom of the
