Multi-Rack Convection Baking

slighdy for some foods but tile overall
result is time saved. Cookies, muffins,

good results with multi-rack baking.
For ta,vo-rack baMng, place one rack
in the second (g) rack position. Place
the other rack in the fburdl (D) rack
position.
When baking on 3 racks, place one
rack in the second (g) position, one
in the fourth (D) position and one in
the sixth (F) position.
For best results when baldng muldple
rocks of cooldes in Multi-Rack
Convection Bake mode, line up the flont
of the coolde sheets with the flont edge
of the rocks.
