Grilled trout

Ingredients
4 trout, 250g each
4–8 tbsp. chopped parsley
Salt, pepper, lemon juice
Flakes of butter
Preparation
Clean the trout, season inside and out
and stuff with herbs. Lay the trout on
the lightly oiled grill rack, brush with
butter and place in the oven together
with a heat-resistant, microwave-safe
dish.

Bacon
Use this programme to make crispy
bacon in the microwave.

Preparation
Place a sheet of kitchen paper on a
microwave-safe plate.
Place the bacon on top of the paper
and cover it with another sheet of
kitchen paper.
Select the Baconprogramme, enter the
number of rashers and start the
programme.
