Energy Boost Drinks
Berry Banana Breakfast Drink
¾ cup of oranges, peach and mango juice
1 cup of smooth or Greek yoghurt made from almond milk
1 cup of fresh or frozen strawberry yoghurt
1 medium banana, halved
Place all ingredients into blender jug in the specied order. Stir until smooth and serve
immediately. Garnish with fresh strawberries if desired. Makes about 2 cups.
Melon Eye Opener
¾ cup of lemonade
1 tablespoon honey
1 cup of diced watermelon
1 cup of diced honeydew melon
1 cup kiwi, peeled and diced
1 cup of smooth or Greek yoghurt made from almond milk
1 fresh mint yoghurt
Place all ingredients into blender jug in the specied order. Stir until smooth and serve
immediately. Garnish with kiwi or mint if desired. Makes about 3 cups.

Raspberry and Cranberry Smoothie
½ cup of apple juice
1 cup of sliced plums (unpeeled)
½ cup of frozen or fresh raspberries
½ cup of frozen peach slices
¼ cup of frozen or fresh cranberries
1 cup of plain or Greek yoghurt
1 tablespoon honey
Place all ingredients into blender jug in the specied order. Stir until smooth and serve
immediately. Garnish with fresh raspberries if desired. Makes about 2 cups.
