Entering Numbers, Symbols, Smileys and
Preset Messages
To enter numbers:
Select the
123
text input mode and press the
appropriate key. (See “Selecting a Text Input Mode”
on page 28).
To enter symbols:
Select the
Symbols
text input mode. (See “Selecting
a Text Input Mode”on page 28.)To entera symbol,
press the appropriate key indicated on the display.
To enter smileys:
Select the
Smileys
text input mode and press the
appropriate key. (See “Selecting a Text Input Mode”
on page 28.)
To enter preset messages:
1. Select the
Preset Messages
text input mode. (See

2. Select a message and press .
To enter recent messages:

> Messaging > Send Message > Text
