Accessing SMS Text Messages
To read an SMS Text message:
When you receive a text message, it will be
displayed automatically on yourphone’s screen.
Use yournavigation key to scroll down and view the
entire message.
To reply to an SMS Text message:
1. Press
> Messaging > Send Message >
Text Message
and select the recent list.
2. Follow steps 3-7under“Composing SMS Text
Messages”on page 126 to complete and send your
reply.
Using Preset Messages
Preset messages make sending text messages to your
friends, family, and co-workers easierthan ever.
To add or edit preset messages:
1. Press
> Settings > Messaging > Preset Messages >
Add New
.
2. Enteryournew message and press .

Note
SMS Text and SMS Voice Messages can be sent
only to 10-digit wireless phone numbers oremail
addresses.
