Combine all ingredients, except
apples and cinnamon and sugar
mixture) in mixing bowl.
Knead until smooth and elastic,

Roll mixture out and place in lightly
greased bun pan.
Dot lightly with butter, if desired.
Arrange apple slices over dough.
Sprinkle liberally with cinnamon and

Bake at 350°F for 15–20 minutes.

Basic Pizza Crust

For (1) 14–16" pizza:

cups hot tap water
2 tsp Real Salt
2 Tbsp sugar

tsp SAF instant yeast
3–4 cup whole wheat or high gluten flour
1 tsp Dough Enhancer
Preheat your baking stone to 500°F.
Combine all ingredients in Bosch
mixing bowl.
Knead for 8–10 minutes.
Place corn meal or wheat flour on the
pizza peel.
Roll out the pizza dough on pizza
peel.
Remember to pick pizza peel up and
slide dough back and forth to be sure
pizza doesn’t stick to the peel.
Put ingredients on pizza and bake
according to recipes below.
Barbecue Chicken Pizza
1 recipe Basic Pizza Dough

cups barbecue sauce

cups tomato sauce
1 cup cooked, shredded chicken

cups thinly sliced, red onion
grated mozzarella
fresh cilantro
Preheat pizza stone in 500°F oven.
Mix barbecue and tomato sauce.
Spread over crust.
Top with chicken and onion.
Bake on preheated stone for 5–6 mi-
nutes or until crust is slightly brown.
Using the pizza peel, remove pizza.
Sprinkle with cilantro then cover with
cheese.
Place pizza back on the heated stone
for 1–2 minutes.
Roma Tomato and Basil
Pizza
1 recipe Basic Pizza Dough
Olive oil
2–3 cloves garlic, crushed
Grated mozzarella
3–4 Roma tomatoes,
Sliced fresh basil
Parmesan cheese, if desired
Preheat pizza stone in 500°F oven.
Combine oil and garlic.
Brush crust with oil mixture.
Sprinkle with mozzarella.
Top with tomato slices and season
with salt and pepper, if desired.
