10. Arlo XL Rechargeable Battery
Your oodlight comes with an Arlo XL Rechargeable Battery. The battery is partially charged
and can be charged using the USB charging cable and power adapter that came in the
package or by using other Arlo accessories, which are sold separately.
Battery charging options
Your oodlight uses an Arlo XL Rechargeable battery. The oodlight has two charging ports:
• USB charging port on the camera. Use this for indoor charging with the USB cable and
power adapter that came in the package with your oodlight.
• Magnetic charging port on the camera housing . Use this to connect an Arlo magnetic
charging cable or the Arlo solar panel (both are sold separately).
You can leave the camera housing mounted while you are charging your camera. If you want
your camera to operate while it is charging, you need to use an outdoor magnetic charging
cable (sold separately) or the Arlo Solar Panel (sold separately).
USB charging
A USB charging cable came in the box with your oodlight. This cable is for indoor use only.
1. Press the battery access button on the bottom of the Floodlight Camera and separate the
camera from the camera housing.
