12. Connect the ECT sensor connector (21).
13. Install the ignition coil (22) and tighten the
ignition coil bolts (23) to the specified torque:
7 lbf·ft (10 N·m, 1.0 kgf·m)
Connect the ignition coil A connector (24) and
B connector (25).
14. Install the shims, camshaft and camshaft
holder (page 71).
15. Install the crankshaft hole cap (page 73).
16. Install the cylinder head cover (page 74).
17. Install the spark plug (page 65).
18. Install the exhaust pipe (page 117).
19. Install the subframe (page 37) and left and
right mufflers (page 115).
20. Install the fuel tank and seat (pages 33, 35).
21. Fill and bleed the cooling system (page 147).
Check for the following:
– compression leaks
– abnormal engine noise
– secondary air leaks
– exhaust gas leaks
– coolant leaks
– oil leaks
