Used to make drinkable yoghurt based on pasteurised
milk. Place the yoghurt pot in the pan (without the lid).
Shake well before drinking. Once prepared, keep in a
cool place and consume within 7 days.
Cottage cheese 20 22
Used to make soft white cheese from curdled cow's
milk or goat's milk. Place the cottage cheese pot in the
yoghurt pot (without the lid) and install it in the pan. A
draining phase is necessary. Once prepared, keep in a
cool place and consume within 2 days.
