Metric/ Imperial setting
The console is set in Metrc ( KM ) mode as default, but
it is posible to set it into Imperial ( Mile ) mode.
- Press and hold “Enter/ Mode” button until console
reboots ( ± 10 seconds ), before release button.
- Console will restart in “Imperial” mode.
- Repeat above steps to convert into “Metric” mode.
NOTE
• After replacing batteries, the console will
automatically be set in “Metric” mode.
How often
Begin with 5 minute training sessions once a day and
aim for a time around 2:30 to 2:45 for 500m distance.
Row at a pace that keeps the water circulating
continuously between strokes.
Progress a few minutes more each day until you are
comfortable with 30-45 minutes training time 3 or 4
times a week.
This will provide aerobic endurance benefits, muscle
toning and sufficient calorie burning to form part of a
weight loss program.
WARNING
• Always consult a doctor before beginning an
exercise program.
• Stop immediately if you feel faint or dizzy.

CAUTION
• Keep the console away from direct sunlight.
• Dry the surface of the console when it is covered
with drops of sweat.
• Do not lean on the console.
NOTE
• The console switches to standby mode when the
equipment is not used for 4 minutes.
Explanation Display functions
RPM Display
- Shows actual speed in Rpm in digits ( Rotations per
minute )
- Shwows actual speed in Rpm graphically.
Program display
Speed
- Shows actual speed during exercise in KM/H /MPH
- Range: 0.0 ~ 99.9
- Shows “AVG” average speed when being in
“Pause” mode.
START : Is shown in workout mode.
PAUSE : Is shown in Pause mode.
STOP : is shown in Stop mode.
Workout display
- Shows speed in KPH/ MPH when not preset a target
nor program.
- Shows workout information when being in Target or
program mode.
Time
- Without setting the target value, time will count up.
- When setting the target value, time will count down
from your target value to 0 and alarm will sound or
flash. (During countdown “Remaining” is shown )
- Range 0:00~99:59 /± 1:00
NOTE
• Without any signal being transmitted into the
monitor the countdown for time will not stop
when console is in “Start”mode.
Watt
- Shows workout watt power during exercise.
- Avg shows the average value for your total workout.
Distance
- Without setting the target value, distance will count
up. (KM/ ML)
- When setting the target value, distance will count
down from your target value to 0 and alarm will
sound or flash. (During countdown “Remaining” is
shown )
- Without any signal being transmitted into the
monitor for 4 seconds during workout, distance will
STOP
- Range 0~9999.
Calories
- Without setting the target value, calorie will count
up.
- When setting the target value, calories will count
down from your target value to 0 and alarm will
sound or flash. (During countdown “Remaining” is
shown )
- Without any signal being transmitted into the
monitor for 4 seconds during workout, calories will
STOP
- Range 0~9999.
