Cooking Tips
• Preheatthegriddleplateforabout20minutes,thensetthe
desiredtemperature.
• Useliquidcookingoil,cookingsprays,orbutterforeggs,
pancakes,Frenchtoast,fishandsandwiches.Thiswillhelp
reducesticking.(Onlyusefats/oilsthatcantoleratehigh
temperature)
• Pat down wet food items with paper towel to prevent
splattersduringgrilling.
• Removefoodparticleswithametalspatuladuringcooking
tomakethecleanupeasierandtoavoidincludingthose
particlesinthefood.
