Marinated Garlic and Citrus Shrimp
These garlicky, herb-flecked shrimp make a terrific appetizer
and would also be delicious served over rice or in a taco.
1. In a medium bowl, combine the oil, garlic, lemon and orange
juice, parsley, cilantro, salt, and pepper. Add the shrimp and
toss to coat. Marinate for 15 minutes at room temperature
or cover and refrigerate for up to 1 hour.
2. Insert stir attachment into fry basket. Transfer shrimp to
basket. Position fry basket in lowest possible position in
the air oven.
3. Set to air fry at 400°F for 6 minutes, press Stir, then press
Start.
4. When the time expires, remove the basket from the air oven
and check that shrimp are cooked through; they should be
pink throughout. If not, cook for another 1 minute.
5. Serve shrimp immediately.
