WATER-COOLED ICE MACHINES
1. Perform steps 1-6 under “Air-Cooled Ice Machines”.
2. Disconnect the incoming water and drain line from
the water-cooled condenser.
3. Start the ice making cycle by pressing the On/Off
button and wait for the freeze cycle. The increasing
refrigerant pressure will open the water regulating
valve.
4. Blow compressed air through the condenser until no
water remains.
5. Turn off ice machine by pressing the On/Off button
and then disconnecting power to the ice machine.
6. Perform a lock out tag out procedure.
