The washer has auto dosing compartments for liquid
detergent and fabric softener, and a manual dosing
compartment for powder or liquid detergent.
Auto Dose liquid detergent compartment
Stores up to 1100ml (max) of liquid detergent
suitablefor several washes depending on load size.
Auto Dose fabric softener compartment
Stores up to 540ml (max) of fabric softener
suitablefor several washes depending on load size.
Manual Dose liquid/powder detergent compartment
For liquid or powder detergent used for single wash.
Auto Dose
Automatically dispenses the right amount of liquid
detergent and fabric softener (optional) perwashcycle.
IMPORTANT!
Use only liquid detergent for Auto Dose.
‘Auto Dose detergent’ is the default setting for
allwashcycles (except ‘Wool’ and ‘Drum Clean’).
If you select a wash cycle with ActiveIntelligence™,
‘Auto Dose’ will dispense the right amount of
detergentbased on soil level and load size.
If you turn off ActiveIntelligence™, ‘Auto Dose’
willdispense the right amount of detergent
basedonloadsize.
If you wish to add fabric softener, you need to
select‘Softener’ using the ‘Auto Dose’ button.
Note:
– Softener option is not available on the ‘Quick 15’ cycle.
– The amount of softener dispensed depends on load size for all other cycles.
– Auto dosing of fabric softener can be used in combination with both auto
andmanual dosing of detergent.
– Fisher & Paykel does not recommend the storing of laundry wash products
containing acetic acid, eg vinegar, in ‘Auto Dose’ compartments.
Manual Dose
Where a detergent for a certain fabric and/or cycle is recommended, ‘Manual
Dose’ is the default setting (eg Wool, Drum Clean). Refer to ‘Wash Preparation –
Addingdetergent and softener’ for moredetailson the right amount of detergent
touse for ‘Manual Dose’.
When‘ManualDose’is selected ActiveIntelligence™ is not available.
