Starting the appliance
Do not put water in the base (fig.24).
Attach the holder onto the base of the appliance (fig.25). The jars
must be suspended (fig. 26).
Put the full jars without the lids in the corresponding places in the holder
(fig. 27).
Close the lid on the appliance (fig. 28).
Plug in the appliance.
Press once or select programme 3 "fresh cheese"
Confirm the programme with the button .
Adjust the time with the + and - buttons.
Confirm with the button .
The cycle begins (fig. 29).
Pressing and holding at any time allows you to interrupt the cooking
and return to the programme selection.

Draining, storage and cooling of the prepared products
At the end of the cycle you must remove the strainer by the lifting
handles and rotate it by a quarter turn inside the jar so that it is in the
draining position (fig. 30-31). Drain for 15 minutes and then remove
the whey*.
Put the strainers back into the jars and cover (fig. 32). Put the fresh
cheeses in the refrigerator for a minimum of 4 hours to reach their ideal
point.
Before eating, stir and refine the mixture.

* When preparing cheese recipes, a liquid called whey (or buttermilk) is
formed. The amount of this liquid that you drain off determines the
dryness of the cheese. It is not harmful to health, on the contrary, it is
full of minerals
Fermentation time
Depending on what you have prepared (fresh cheeses or small delicacies)
and the recipe chosen, the fermentation time can vary between 12 and
24 hours.
