Observation:
If you do not want to prepare the maximum number
of containers, you must cover the unused holes with
empty containers or with container lids.
Starting the appliance
• Fill the base of the appliance with water to the MAX level (fig. 7).
NOTE: If you forget to put the water in, the appliance will beep to indicate
this.
• Attach the holder onto the base of the appliance (fig.8). The jars
must be suspended (fig. 9).
• Put the full jars without the lids in the corresponding places in the holder
(fig. 10).
• Close the lid on the appliance (fig. 11).
• Plug in the appliance.
• By default, the P1 Express Yogurt programme is displayed.
• Confirm with the button .
• The default time is shown on the screen: 4 hours
• Adjust the time with the + and - buttons if necessary.
• Confirm with the button .
• The cycle begins (fig. 12).
• Pressing and holding at any time allows you to interrupt the cooking
and return to the programme selection.

• A beep indicates the end of the cycle. To stop this
sound, press OK. Press and hold to return to the menu.
It is possible to add time by pressing the + or - keys and
validating with the button .
• At the end of the cycle the lids must be put on the jars
(fig. 13) and the yogurts put in the refrigerator for a
minimum of 4 hours so that they become firm.
Shelf life
• The maximum shelf life of natural yogurt in the refrigerator is 7 days.
The other yogurt types should be consumed before this.
